1. Choose your box type and subscribe.

2. We'll take payment for the first box straight away, all subsequent boxes will be charged on the 1st of each month.

3. Your box will be despatched 2 - 3 working days after each month.

4. There is no contract. Cancel any time, for any reason.

All boxes are despatched 2 - 3 working days after the 1st of each month.

If you order outside of the fulfilment window (1st of the month to the 9th of the month) we will ship your box within 2 - 3 working days.

We understand that every dog is unique, including those with food sensitivities or allergies. Here’s how we accommodate them:

Allergy-friendly treat options: During signup, you’ll be asked about any food sensitivities (e.g., beef, chicken, turkey). We’ll curate your box with treats that avoid those ingredients.

Custom requests welcome: If your dog has other or more specific dietary needs, reach out to our customer support via info@norfolkpetessentials.co.uk. We’re happy to hand-select treats that align with your pup’s needs.

If we ever miss the mark, let us know! We’ll replace the item with something safe and suitable for your pup. Your dog’s health and happiness are our top priority.

This can be completed within your account page or if you prefer, please email infor@norfolkpetessentials.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

This is commonly offered to help you take a short break without losing your plan’s benefits.

Yes! You can easily send a subscription as a gift. Simply select the “Gift” option at checkout, choose the subscription length (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months), and enter the recipient’s shipping details. We’ll take care of the rest! You can even add a personalised message to make it extra special.

If you’d prefer a one-time gift box instead of a recurring subscription, we offer that too.

Yes, you can cancel anytime.

Cancellations can be completed via your online account or by emailing info@norfolkpetessentials.co.uk.

If your box doesn't arrive or turns up damaged please reach out to us at info@norfolkpetessentials.co.uk and we will be happy to review and send out a replacement box free of charge.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 for a full refund.
